By creating a free account or using Mandalay+ (www.mandalayplus.com, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must create an account and accept these Terms before watching any content. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Content is offered on a transactional basis. You may RENT a title or episode for a limited period (default $3 for 3 days) or BUY it (default $15). Prices are set by the respective content distributor and shown before checkout. Rentals expire automatically; purchased titles remain available to you while the title is licensed on the platform. IMPORTANT: every rented or purchased movie and TV show is accessible ONLY by streaming through the Mandalay+ platform at www.mandalayplus.com. Buying a title grants you a personal, non-transferable right to stream it on Mandalay+ — it does NOT provide a downloadable copy or file, and content can never be downloaded, exported, transferred or played outside the Mandalay+ platform. All sales are final except as required by law.
All movies and TV shows are licensed for your personal, non-commercial streaming on the Mandalay+ platform only. Whether rented or purchased, content can be accessed exclusively by streaming through the Mandalay+ Service (www.mandalayplus.com) and is NEVER downloadable. You may NOT download, save, export, screen-record, screen-capture, screenshot, rip, rebroadcast, publicly perform, share, resell or redistribute any content, in whole or in part, or use it on or through any service other than Mandalay+, or circumvent any access control, watermark or protection mechanism. Each stream is watermarked with your account identity for piracy tracing. Violation results in immediate termination and may lead to civil and criminal liability.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandalay+, Mandalay Media and their officers, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any content. You agree to indemnify and hold Mandalay+ harmless from any claim, demand, loss or lawsuit (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of content, or your infringement of any third-party rights. You waive any right to bring claims arising from content provided by third-party distributors against Mandalay+.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We never display your password to anyone, including administrators and distributors.
Content may be supplied by third-party distributors who represent and warrant that they own or control all rights to the content they upload. By listing content, distributors grant Mandalay+ a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, promote, market and use the content (including stills, trailers and metadata) across the Service and in any marketing or promotional materials, on any media, for the duration of the listing and reasonable promotional periods thereafter. Distributors acknowledge and agree that all content is delivered to viewers solely by streaming on the Mandalay+ platform: content is never made available for download, export or offline use, and viewers may access movies and TV shows only through Mandalay+. Distributors will not require, request or enable any download, offline copy or off-platform distribution of their content.
Mandalay+ earns a platform commission on every rental and purchase of a distributor's content, deducted automatically at the time of sale: 30% for the first 6 months from the date a title is listed; 20% from 6 months up to 12 months; and 10% after 12 months of listing. By listing content, distributors agree to this commission schedule. Distributors set their own rent/buy prices and can view the buyer's account email for each transaction, but never any passwords or other personal account data.
Mandalay+ may display advertisements on the website and within or around content. Ad placements are managed by Mandalay+. For advertising enquiries contact admin@mandalaymedia.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt piracy, or abuse the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
